Manang to Yak Kharka
This was another great day of hiking as we were above the tree line (12,000 ft) and a had a great view of Manang as we left in the morning. We hiked for about 5 hours, lunch and then a short acclimatization hike.
Leaving Manang
We finally encountered a pack of Yaks. During other times of the year, yak heards are regulars on the trail.
Jamie got a great photo of this Yak hanging out.
We stopped at a great place for a tea break; the upstairs had an amazing view and we felt the need to do some yoga postures.

These horses were at our guesthouse when we arrived and showed up again at breakfast time the next day.
