Digital Tools and Education

During my time at Arizona State University I have worked on various projects connected to digital tools being used for education.

Course: Emerging Trends and Technologies for Learning Design: Individual Assignment

Course: Humanizing Digital Culture: Group Project

In this course, we used the BUILDS framework to anlayze Technologies for Learning and provide examples for usage. This video is my analysis of Extended Reality and a proposal for using it to provide intial training for potential Peace Corps Volunteers.
In This Course, my group looked at the question: How can digital spaces support inclusivity through mentorship when starting higher education? We created a demo of a possible Virtual Reality space to address this question.

Volunteering for SolarSPELL (Solar Powered Educational Learning Library)

During my time at ASU, I have had the honor to volunteer with SolarSpell. I have supported the curation of content for the libraries as well as helped build the SolarSPELL devices. An ongoing project of mine is creating a curciulum for digital storytelling that is based on the use of a mobile phone and having no access to a computer or the internet.
